Delete files older than X days
To delete files older than X days, you can customize your search based on file properties, such as file date, size, type and location.
To delete files:
1. Open the 'Delete files' window.
2. Set the 'Search' criteria.
Type
By default the program searches for all types of file. To narrow your search, you can select the particular type of files
Date
Specify if you need to find files by the 'created date', 'modified date' or 'accessed date'.
Specify your search to any time before, after or select the particular date or you can set the date range.
If you need to search more selectively, you can select the 'date and time' range.
Size
If necessary, you can select to search for files that are larger or smaller than the specified size or set the size range.
Search Locations
Choose folders and disks where you want to search by clicking the 'Add' button.
3. Click the 'Find' button. When 'Search' is completed, the program will create the 'Search results' list which contains files that meet all the criteria you specified.
4. Browse through the 'Search' results to find and delete the files you need.
Note: Files will be deleted from your computer bypassing the Recycle Bin
