License Agreement

DELETE FILES OLDER THAN LICENSE AGREEMENT
This DeleteFilesOlderThan ("Delete Files Older Than") License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and DeleteFilesOlderThan.com. Read it carefully before using the Software. By downloading, copying, installing or otherwise using the Software, you confirm your acceptance with the terms of this License Agreement and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, do not use the Software in any manner.
"Software" means only DeleteFilesOlderThan ("Delete Files Older Than"), any associated components and online or electronic documentation.
Delete Files Older Than is an intangible item that is available for download only.
2. RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
Delete Files Older Than is free software.
You may not distribute copies of the Software.
You may make copies of the Software only for backup purposes.
Any copy must contain all copyright notices.
Your license rights under this License Agreement are non-exclusive.
Certain rights may be available only under a separate agreement.
You may not alter, merge, modify, adapt, decompile or disassemble the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.
You may not sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
In the event that you fail to comply with this License Agreement, the license will be terminated and you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
This license gives you limited license to use the Software. DeleteFilesOlderThan.com retains all rights and title, including all copyright and intellectual property rights, in and to, the Software, all its copies and to the content that is not contained in the Software, but may be accessed through use of the Software. This License Agreement grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not specifically granted in this License Agreement are reserved by DeleteFilesOlderThan.com.
4. NO WARRANTY
DELETEFILESOLDERTHAN.COM HAS MADE NO WARRANTIES TO YOU REGARDING THE SOFTWARE AND THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
DELETEFILESOLDERTHAN.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
DELETEFILESOLDERTHAN.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE IS ERROR-FREE AND WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
DELETEFILESOLDERTHAN.COM PROVIDES NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT OR WARRANTIES FOR THE SOFTWARE.
NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY DELETEFILESOLDERTHAN.COM, ITS DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF ANY WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT DELETEFILESOLDERTHAN.COM WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR CONFIDENTIAL OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY OR OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER), ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, OR OTHERWISE UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PROVISION OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF THE FAULT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OF DELETEFILESOLDERTHAN.COM, AND EVEN IF DELETEFILESOLDERTHAN.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. LANGUAGE
This agreement, all documents relating to this agreement and all information provided by DeleteFilesOlderThan.com shall be in English.
7. GENERAL
This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and DeleteFilesOlderThan.com. If any provision of this License Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions of this License Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
